Residents live independently in single family homes, with garages, a community swimming pool, a clubhouse with card and billiards rooms, an auditorium with stage and a library. There are numerous clubs and activities to keep residents socially active or quietly retired. Home ownership is "fee simple", you own your home and land. Essential services such as lawn cutting and snow removal are provided by the homeowner's association. All homes feature low maintenance exteriors and single floor layouts, underground utilities, an extensive club house facility, many clubs and activities, bus service, all set in a beautiful park like setting.

Opened in 1986, the homeowner's association seeks to enhance the lives and nurture the growth of all residents within a caring community. A wide assortment of service amenities and social activities are available. Everyone 55 years of age and above are welcome!
